About

Budega NYC operates in Brooklyn under a state-issued adult-use cannabis retail license, regulated by the NY Office of Cannabis Management (OCM). Registered license: OCM-CAURD-25-000265. Status is public record via OCM's verification portal at cannabis.ny.gov. The shop offers in-store pickup. New York's regulated product categories cover flower, pre-rolls, vape cartridges, 10mg-per-serving edibles, concentrates, tinctures, and topicals — all third-party lab-tested and packaged in tamper-evident child-resistant containers per state rules. Sales are 21+ only. Bring valid ID — retailers are required by state law to check on every visit. The Brooklyn retail scene mixes CAURD-licensed social-equity shops with larger independent operators, and most neighborhoods now have at least one licensed dispensary within a short walk or subway stop. Current menu and same-day availability are listed on the shop site; pricing and stock rotate, so a quick check before you head in is usually worth it. For first-time visitors or anyone new to a specific product category, the budtenders are there to guide dose + format choices — the "start low, go slow" principle still applies, especially on edibles at 10mg per serving.
