About

Licensed by New York's Office of Cannabis Management, HERBOLOGY runs out of Brooklyn as part of the state's adult-use retail framework. Registered license: OCM-CAURD-24-000177. Status is public record via OCM's verification portal at cannabis.ny.gov. The shop offers in-store pickup. State-regulated product categories include flower, pre-rolls, vapes, edibles (capped at 10mg THC per serving), concentrates, tinctures, and topicals — all lab-tested and OCM-compliant. Sales are 21+ only. Bring valid ID — retailers are required by state law to check on every visit. Across Brooklyn's licensed retail footprint, the CAURD program has put priority licenses into the hands of people with prior cannabis convictions — a deliberate social-equity policy that shapes the ownership mix of many of the borough's independent shops. A same-day phone call is the most reliable way to confirm hours and stock — menus rotate frequently at most licensed shops. For first-time visitors or anyone new to a specific product category, the budtenders are there to guide dose + format choices — the "start low, go slow" principle still applies, especially on edibles at 10mg per serving.
