About

Forever 4 20 operates in Brooklyn under a state-issued adult-use cannabis retail license, regulated by the NY Office of Cannabis Management (OCM). The license is publicly listed as OCM-RETL-24-000133 — active status is verifiable via the OCM QR-code portal at cannabis.ny.gov before a first visit. The shop offers in-store pickup. Every product on the shelf runs through NY's compliance framework: 10mg-per-serving caps on edibles, third-party lab panels on cannabinoid content, and tamper-evident packaging required by OCM. Purchases are restricted to adults 21+ with valid ID at the door. The Brooklyn retail scene mixes CAURD-licensed social-equity shops with larger independent operators, and most neighborhoods now have at least one licensed dispensary within a short walk or subway stop. Stock rotates quickly, so calling ahead on the same day as your visit is usually the fastest way to confirm what's on the shelf. New customers or anyone new to a specific format can ask the budtenders — start-low-go-slow is still the right default on edibles, and format (flower vs. vape vs. tincture) shapes the onset and duration more than strain name does.
