Why do transplants keep moving to predominantly, black and brown neighborhoods specifically bk trying to change the neighborhood / community dynamic

Just to complain about the people &amp; things that go on, Brooklyn has culture &amp; it’s getting replaced by people who don’t even like us . Like most outsiders that come to these areas not even trying to add to it or build community, let alone be apart of me . It’s only convenient for you b/c it’s considered a “affordable hot spot “ shit is annoying all these black and brown spaces are closing to curate to transplant and they fall for the bait everytime .
