What can I do with this music that wakes me up at 7a every day??

<!-- SC_OFF --><div class="md"><p>I live near bed-stuy in a 2009 rebuild walk up building, and every single morning, I get woken up at 7a because there’s music that’s either coming from the Pizza Hut downstairs or the person in the building next door that shares a wall with me. I’ve reached out to my property manager, and they said they can’t do anything because it’s not one of their tenants, and they told me to go to the building next door and ask them about it myself. </p> <p>This music is driving me insane because it stars at 7-7:10 and plays the same song every day for 30-40min. It’s been like this for 4-5 months now, and I haven’t been able to sleep past 7 on all those days. (Now, there’s also construction right next to our building, so it’s loud demolition noises that even shakes up our entire building sometimes after this music ends)</p> <p>Just want to see if anyone knows what I can do in this situation? Looking for a new apt at this point is going to be so expensive, and my property manager also requires a 3 months notice to move out.😔 so if anyone is an expert w situations like this, please help.
