The country's largest open-air food market returns for its 16th season with 70+ vendors, including 22 new additions. Highlights this year include Rogers Burgers (Flatbush-based Caribbean smash burgers), Pizzeria Fantastica, Coco Bred (Jamaican coco bread sandwiches), and Humos BBQ. Nearly half of new vendors are immigrant-founded. Essentially cashless, with Apple Pay and tap-to-pay at most stalls.
