Too frequent and too timed to feel coincidental.</p> <p>Shows up in common areas almost immediately after residents step out, particularly late at night and early morning.</p> <p>Flags non-issues like packages briefly by the door or how trash is tied. Feels less like maintenance and more like monitoring.</p> <p>Has knocked on our door without a clear reason and walked away when we answered.</p> <p>Elevator would consistently route to the top floor right after being called. Could be mechanical.
