Need an affordable and good hair braider.. help

<!-- SC_OFF --><div class="md"><p>Hello, I'm a 27 years old Mexican American guy here.. so I'm trying to find a place or person who knows how to braid hair and even possibly could cut hair as well.. so I have been growing my hair for a while now I think going into 7 years and so sometimes I want to just braid my hair but thing is I can't find a specific someone or place to go. I'm trying to find someone/place where I can go regularly and is affordable. I could travel so that wouldn't be an issue.
