Putting together an intimate outdoor yoga and meditation session on <strong>Saturday April 25th at 11:30am</strong> in Bed-Stuy.</p> <p>It's led by Lexis Hill, founder of Flex Wellness — a Black women-owned wellness practice right here in the neighborhood. Lexis specializes in Thai yoga massage, stretch therapy, breathwork, and shadow work. Her mission is simple: to help people feel better in their bodies and be a resource for physical, spiritual, and mental recovery.
