Eastern Parkway partial closure for a Saturday afternoon truck-and-tent rally organized ahead of the summer cultural season. Jerk stands, doubles, oxtail plates, and a sorrel-lemonade truck. Steel-pan set on a small stage at Nostrand. Part of the lead-up programming to Labor Day's larger parade, but lower-key and neighborhood-focused. Bring cash; most vendors are card-optional.
