I’ve seen him several times—he harassed me and my partner (lesbians 🤙) once by standing in front of us and screaming “pedophile homosexuals will be exterminated” over and over. Today he was harassing two south asian men by standing in front of them shrieking “CHRIST IS KING YOU WILL BURN IN HELL.” If you get up and move cars, he follows you. Ignoring seems to work best.
