Book club near Prospect Park (Flatbush/Lefferts Gardens), modern American classics

<!-- SC_OFF --><div class="md"><p>I’m looking to start a casual book club around Flatbush/Lefferts Gardens.</p> <p>The loose idea: meet every month or so and read modern American classics: Morrison, Baldwin, Didion, Hurston, Robinson, Whitehead, etc. Books that are good for discussion and mild existential spiraling.</p> <p>Open to suggestions, though. The point is not to create homework. Mostly just good books, low-pressure conversation, and meeting somewhere nearby: cafe, bar, park bench, library, wherever feels plausible.</p> <p>If you’re in PLG / Flatbush / Park Slope / Crown Heights / Prospect heights...just nearby and interested, comment or DM me.
