BKLYN Gold: Heating/hot water issues?

I imagine that this winter may have been unique but would like to get some real perspectives.</p> <p>However comments on past reddit threads praise the management.</p> <p>I understand the building sucks regarding location and accessibility. That is not my question. I'm only concerned about hot water/heating as that seems to be a recent issue. Can anyone comment on this?
